RETURN POLICY
Items purchased from Operation2A are eligible for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee if the return process is started within 15 days of purchase. You will have up to 30 days after items have been purchased to exchange for anything else on the website.
CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must be unused in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.
Returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS
At Operation2A we pride ourselves in carrying high quality gear and equipment that we ourselves use. In the unlikely event that an item bought from us is defective, out of spec or damaged due to no fault of Operation2A, we will gladly assist you in getting in contact with the manufacturer to get the item replaced or fixed under their company warranty.
HOW TO SEND IN YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE
All returns must have a Return Authorization #, no returns will be accepted without one.

Once a Return Authorization # has been issued please mail your item
Customer will be responsible for shipping charges unless the return is due to an error of Operation2A
We will send you an email once your return package is delivered back to us. Once the return has been verified in new condition the return will be processed and your refund will be issued.
Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card or bank account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Currently Operation 2A does not ship orders to PO Boxes, international addresses or APO/FPO. Any orders placed for shipment to such addresses will be canceled.
